A former lode Au occurrence/group of claims/mine located in the SW¼ sec. 29, T3S, R31E, MDM, 4.1 km (2.5 miles) S of Banner Ridge (coordinates of record), just N of Moran Spring, on National Forest land. Property consisted of 8 claims. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.
Mineralization is a vein deposit with the vein at 3 feet thick. The ore body strikes N20W and dips 80SW at a thickness of 0.91 meters. Local rocks include Paleozoic marine rocks, undivided, unit 3 (Eastern Sierra Nevada).
Workings include underground openings comprised of shallow shafts and short tunnels.
