Property consists of 2 claims. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 10,000 meters.

Mineralization is a series of 3 or 4 veins on the 2 claims, which are 4 inches (10 cm) to 2 feet (60 cm) wide, carrying 2% Molybdenite. Local rocks include Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 3 (Sierra Nevada, Death Valley area, Northern Mojave Desert and Transverse Ranges).
