A former lode Mo mine located in sec. 19, T7N, R25E, MDM, 4.8 km (3.0 miles) NE of Wheeler Peak and 5.0 km (3.1 miles) ENE of Mount Patterson, along Silverado Canyon, on National Forest land. Property consisted of 6 claims. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.
Mineralization is a Mo deposit comprised of granite carrying about 0.75% molybdenite plus quartz veins and aplite. Local rocks include Tertiary volcanic flow rocks, unit 17 (Cascade Range).
Workings include underground openings (?) with no development work being done.
Production information: $8,000 to $10,000 of Mo concentrates sold in the period 1932-1935 (period values).
