A former Ag-Pb-Au-Cu-Sb mine located in sec. 18, T2S, R32E, MDM, 0.5 km (1,500 feet) SSW of Buscones Peak, along Comanche Gulch. Operated 1913-1920 & 1920-1935. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.

Mineralization is disseminated and massive sulfide ore in shear zones, veins and as flat-lying, tabular bodies in old volcanic rocks. Local rocks include Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 3 (Sierra Nevada, Death Valley area, Northern Mojave Desert and Transverse Ranges).

Workings include unspecified underground openings.

Production data are found in: Goodwin, J.G. (1957): 555.

Production information: 1913-1920: Average recovery was 8.58 ounces Ag/ton, 1.67% Cu and recoverable Au. 1920-1935: Recovery was 60 ounces Ag/ton, 19.46% Pb, 0.668% Cu, and 0.412 ounces Au/ton.
