A former lode Au-Ag mine located in sec. 25 (& 23 ?), T4S, R16E, MDM, 4.9 km (3.0 miles) ENE of Quartzburg, along a tributary of Burns Creek (in the headwaters area of Burns Creek, 5.5 miles NE of Hornitos). Property consisted of 4 unpatented claims. Operated by Robert J. Trujillo. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.

Mineralization is a vein deposit hosted in Late Jurassic greenstone of the Amador group. The ore body forms pockets. Local rocks include Mesozoic volcanic rocks, unit 2 (Western Sierra Foothills and Western Klamath Mountains).

Workings include unspecified underground openings.

Production data are found in: Bowen, O.E., Jr. & C.H. Gray, Jr. (1957).
