A former lode Au mine located in the NW¼ (estimated) sec. 29, T2S, R16E, MDM, 3.0 km (9,900 feet) NNW of Coulterville, on the divide between Blacks Creek and Boneyard Creek (near Pexou Blanco Point). Property consisted of unpatented land. MRDS database accuracy for this location is not stated.
Mineralization is a vein deposit with 2 veins, hosted in diorite and slate. The ore body strikes N20W and dips 65NE at a thickness of 1.22 meters. The hanging wall is diorite and the footwall is slate. Local rocks include undivided pre-Cenozoic metavolcanic rocks, unit 2 (undivided).
Workings include underground openings with a total length of 64.01 meters and an overall depth of 18.29 meters, and comprised of a 210 foot tunnel.
