A former lode Au prospect/mine located in the SE¼ (probable) sec. 13, T4S, R18E, MDM, 1.6 km (5,400 feet) SSW of Feliciana Mountain and 4.2 km (2.6 miles) SE of Briceburg along Trabucco Creek (about 6½ miles N of Mariposa; near the Buffalo or San Domingo Mine). Operated by Catherine B. Trabucco and Elsie R. Dovidio. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters. Probably one of the workings shown on USGS quadrangle Feliciana Mountain, California (1948).
Mineralization is vein deposit with a vein 6 inches (15 cm) to 1 foot (0.3 meter) thick, hosted in porphyry. The ore body is tabular at 0.3 meters thick. Local rocks include Paleozoic marine rocks, undivided, unit 4 (Western Sierra Nevada).
Workings include underground openings with an overall depth of 21.34 meters. The chief working was a shaft 70 feet deep in 1914. Working caved and inaccessible in August 1954.
