A former lode Au mine located in the N½SE¼ and in the S½NE¼ (estimated) sec. 25, T9S, R21E, MDM, 1.3 km (4,200 feet) NNE of Hildreth, on the lower east slope of Hildreth Mountain. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is .
Mineralization is a vein deposit (1 to 2 feet thick). The ore body dips 45SW at a thickness of 0.61 meters. Local rocks include Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 3 (Sierra Nevada, Death Valley area, Northern Mojave Desert and Transverse Ranges).
Workings include underground openings comprised of 2 adits at 200 and 260 feet in length.
