A former lode Au mine located in the W½SW¼ (estimated) sec. 12, T7S, R20E, MDM (location uncertain), 5.3 km (3.3 miles) WNW of Deadwood Peak, on the NW end of Potter Ridge, E of river mile 57 of the Fresno River, on private (patented) land. Property consists of 5 patented claims. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.

Mineralization is a 2 foot thick vein deposit hosted in schist. The ore body is 0.61 meter thick. Local rocks include pre-Cenozoic metasedimentary and metavolcanic rocks undivided.

Workings include underground openings comprised of several old shafts at 50 to 175 feet deep.
