A Cu occurrence/claim located in secs. 25 & 36, T3S, R25E, MDM, 2.3 km (7,600 feet) W of Red Top Mountain and 2.8 km (9,000 feet) N of Iron Mountain (coordinates of record), on the divide between the 2 Beck Lakes (southeasterly end of Upper Beck Lake), on National Forest wilderness land (Ansel Adams Wilderness). Mineralization is a Cu-bearing zone. The ore body is 22.86 meters wide. Local rocks include Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 3 (Sierra Nevada, Death Valley area, Northern Mojave Desert and Transverse Ranges).
