A former W occurrence/mine located in sec. 11, T25S, R29E, MDM, about 7.6 km NNE of Woody, along the S side of Grizzly Gulch, E of Isham Hill. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 100 meters.

Mineralization is hosted in rocks of the Amutara unit (limestone). The deposit involves a limestone xenolith in granodiorite. Local rocks include pre-Cenozoic metasedimentary and metavolcanic rocks undivided.

Workings include unspecified underground openings. A mill was erected during the period 1940 to 1944.
