An U-Mo occurrence/prospect located in the SE¼SE¼ sec. 10, T30S, R36E, MDM, 1.8 km (1.1 miles) NNW of Blue Point (coordinates of record), on the divide between Alphie Canyon on the E and Hoffman Canyon on the W, N of Jawbone Canyon. Pemberton places this locality in: T9N, 22W, SBM, inconsistent with other Jawbone Canyon localities. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 100 meters.
Mineralization is located in shear zones in volcanic and granitic rocks as coatings. Local rocks include Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 3 (Sierra Nevada, Death Valley area, Northern Mojave Desert and Transverse Ranges).
Workings include unspecified surface and underground openings.
