A Cu occurrence located in sec. 4, T28S, R32E, MDM, 2.4 km (1.5 miles) WNW of Havilah, on the E slope of Hobo Ridge, W of O'Brien Hill, on National Forest land. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters. Location not confirmed (1958). Uncorrelated old name. No other information available.
Mineralization is a vein deposit hosted in granite. The ore body strikes N5W and dips 78NE (?). Local rocks include Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 3 (Sierra Nevada, Death Valley area, Northern Mojave Desert and Transverse Ranges).
