A limestone deposit/prospect located in the NW¼SE¼, SW¼NE¼ & NE¼SW¼ sec. 24, T30S, R34E, and in sec. 30, T30S, R35E, MDM, 5.5 km (3.4 miles) SSE of Weldon Peak (coordinates of record), between the forks of Back Canyon. Owned by Jesse Hicks and Associates, Huntington Park, California (1981). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters.
Local rocks include Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 3 (Sierra Nevada, Death Valley area, Northern Mojave Desert and Transverse Ranges).
