A W occurrence located in the SE¼ sec. 26, T25S, R33E, MDM, 3.3 km (2.0 miles) ENE of Old Kernville and 4.4 km (2.7 miles) SSE of Kernville. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters.
Mineralization is hosted in gabbro, limestone & quartzite. The ore body is a septum-like body at a width of 1.52 meters. The area is underlain by gabbro that contains a sliver of pre-Cretaceous meta-limestone and quartzite several hundred feet long. Scheelite occurs as thin coatings and scattered grains in metasedimentary rocks. Local rocks include Mesozoic gabbroic rocks, unit 2 (undivided).
Workings include underground openings with a length of 25.91 meters and an overall depth of 13.72 meters and comprised of a 45 foot vertical shaft with a 40 foot drift on the 30 foot level.
