A former Pb-Ag-Au mine located in the E½ (estimated) sec. 16, T19S, R42E, MDM, 4.5 km (2.8 miles) NNE of Lookout City, on the eastern margin of the Argus Range (4.5 miles SE of Panamint Springs). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 100 meters.

Mineralization is a vein deposit hosted in granite. Local rocks include Quaternary alluvium and marine deposits.

Workings include surface and underground openings comprised of a trench and a 16 foot deep shaft.

Production data are found in: Goodwin, Joseph Grant (1957).

A small amount of ore was produced in 1948 and ran 0.30 ounces Au/ton, 51.9 ounces Ag/ton, and 14.4% Pb.
