A former Fe-Cu mine located in the W½ (estimated) sec. 29, T11S, R35E, MDM, 11.0 km (6.8 miles) NW of Johnson Spring, on the western side of the Inyo Range (2.5 miles SSE of Aberdeen Station; 4 miles E of Owens Valley Highway), on Bureau of Land Management wilderness land (Paiute Wilderness Study Area). Property consisted of 10 claims. MRDS database accuracy for this location is not stated.

Mineralization is hosted in quartz monzonite. The ore body strikes N10-30W and dips 80NE, at a thickness of 2.44 meters. Deposit consists of a series of parallel veins with connecting stringers, 3 inches (7.5 cm) to 8 feet (about 2.44 meters) in thickness. Local rocks include Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 3 (Sierra Nevada, Death Valley area, Northern Mojave Desert and Transverse Ranges).

Workings include underground openings comprised of 4 tunnels 80 to 200 feet long plus a 40 foot deep shaft.

No specific production record found. The vein in the shaft reported to carry good values in Au.
