A former diatomaceous earth mine located in T13S, R37E, MDM, 2.4 km (1.5 miles) N of Badwater Springs, 6.5 km (4.0 miles) NW of "The Dunes" (coordinates of record), and 3.9 km (2.5 miles) SE of Willow Creek Camp, along the lower reaches of Willow Creek, on the western margin of Saline Valley, on National Park Service wilderness land (Death Valley National Park/Death Valley Wilderness).
