A former Au mine located in the SE¼ (estimated) sec. 7, T20S, R42E, MDM, 4.7 km (2.9 miles) SSW of Lookout City, along Snow Canyon (1.5 miles S of Thompson Spring). Property consisted of 3 claims. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters. This mine was possibly incorporated into later development under different name(s).
Mineralization is hosted in granite. The ore body dips 85S at a thickness of 9.14 meters. The vein is 24 inches (60 cm) to 30 feet (9 meters) thick. Local rocks include Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 3 (Sierra Nevada, Death Valley area, Northern Mojave Desert and Transverse Ranges).
Workings include underground openings with an overall depth of 9.14 meters and comprised of 4 shafts 10 to 30 feet deep.
