A Cr occurrence located in sec. 35, T9N, R9E, MDM, 2.4 km (1.5 miles) NNE of Flonellis and 1.7 km (1.1 miles) WNW of Brandon Corner (Shingle Springs District) (2 miles NE of Latrobe), . Work done during WWI. Prospected. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.

Local rocks include Mesozoic volcanic rocks, unit 2 (Western Sierra Foothills and Western Klamath Mountains). No serpentine shown in sec. 35, probably.
