A former lode Au occurrence/mine located in the NE¼SE¼ sec. 7, T8N, R12E, MDM, 1.0 km (0.6 mile) N of Coyoteville and 3.6 km (2.2 miles) WSW of Cedarville, on the SW slope of Coyote Ridge (2½ miles ENE of River Pines). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 100 meters. May be one of the C.J. Kuehel claims.
Mineralization is a vein deposit. Local rocks include Tertiary pyroclastic and volcanic mudflow deposits, unit 9 (Cascade Range).
Workings include underground openings comprised of an adit.
