A probable Au occurrence/mine located in sec. 11, T8N, R10E, MDM, 2.5 km (1.6 miles) SSE of Nashville, on the N ridge of the Middle Fork Cosumnes River, E of its confluence with the main channel/North Fork. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 100 meters. NOTE: The USGS MRDS file appears to presume that this was a Au occurrence. It does lie on the Mother Lode.

Local rocks include Mesozoic volcanic rocks, unit 2 (Western Sierra Foothills and Western Klamath Mountains).

Workings include underground openings comprised of 2 adits.
