A former placer Au-Ag occurrence/mine located in secs. 17 & 18, T10N, R12E, MDM, 1.7 km (1.0 mile) N of Newtown and 2.1 km (1.3 miles) S of Camino, N of the North Fork Weber Creek at the E end of the Weber Reservoir. MRDS database accuracy for this location is not stated.

Local rocks include Paleozoic marine rocks, undivided, unit 4 (Western Sierra Nevada).
