A former lode Au occurrence/mine located in secs. 29 & 32, T9N, R13E, MDM, 1.1 km (0.7 mile) W of Henry Diggings (coordinates of record) and 2.3 km (1.4 miles) N of Omo Ranch (3½ miles SW of Grizzly Flat), on private land. Operated by Martha Agness Weber, Placerville and Maryland Casualty Co. Long Idle. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 100 meters.
Mineralization is a vein deposit. Local rocks include Paleozoic marine rocks, undivided, unit 4 (Western Sierra Nevada) and/or Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 3 (Sierra Nevada, Death Valley area, Northern Mojave Desert and Transverse Ranges).
Workings include surface and underground openings comprised of adits and open cuts.
