A reported placer Au occurrence located in sec. 24, T13N, R9E; secs. 1, 11, 14-16, 19-22, 28 & 30, T13N, R10E; and in secs. 3-6, T13N, R11E, secs. 32 & 33, T14N, R11E, MDM, about 6 km WSW of Volcanoville, at Fords Bar along the Middle Fork American River and Canyon Creek to its S, on private land.
