A former Cu occurrence/mine located in sec. 2, T8N, R9E, MDM, 1.2 km (0.7 mile) NE of Flonellis and 2.1 km (1.3 miles) WSW of Brandon Corner (1½ miles NE of Latrobe). Operated in 1860. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.
Mineralization is a vein deposit. The ore body is 1.22 meters in width. Local rocks include Mesozoic volcanic rocks, unit 2 (Western Sierra Foothills and Western Klamath Mountains).
Workings include underground openings comprised of a 64 foot shaft.
