A Au occurrence/mine located in the SW¼SE¼ sec. 28, T11N, R12E, MDM, 5.0 km (3.1 miles) NE of Camino, on the N slope of Badger Hill, S of Long Canyon, on private land. Property consists of 40 acres. Operated by G. W. McMillen. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 100 meters.
Local rocks include Paleozoic marine rocks, undivided, unit 4 (Western Sierra Nevada).
Workings include surface and underground openings comprised of drifting and sluices, shafts, an adit and an open pit.
