A W occurrence/prospect located in the NE¼ sec. 19, T17S, R10E, SBM, 8.8 km (5.5 miles) S of Ocotillo, in the E side of Davies Valley, on Bureau of Land Management administered wilderness land. MRDS database accuracy for this location is not stated.

Mineralization is hosted in gneiss. Weakly silicated zone. Local rocks include Quaternary alluvium and marine deposits.

Workings include surface openings comprised of shallow cuts.
