A Ba(baryte) occurrence/prospect located in the S½S½NE¼ sec. 1, T14S, R9E, SBM, sec. 1, T14S, R9E, SBM, 21.3 km (13.2 miles) SE of Ocotillo Wells (San Diego County), at the head of Red Rock Canyon, eastern Fish Creek Mountians, on Bureau of Land Management administered wilderness land. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 10 meters.

Local rocks include Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 2 (Peninsular Ranges).
