A Ag occurrence/mine located in the NW¼ sec. 25, T11S, R20E, SBM, 4.7 km (2.9 miles) SE of Midway Well on the E slope of the Chocolate Mountains. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters.

The ore body strikes N20E and dips 80NW. Controls for ore emplacement included a contact between gneiss and porphyry. Local rocks include Precambrian igneous and metamorphic rock complex.

Workings include underground openings comprised of an adit driven 150 feet S50W with a 50 foot crosscut at 70 feet. 200 feet S is a 50 foot shaft over top of the ridge.
