A former placer Au occurrence/prospect/mine located in the NE¼NE¼SW¼ sec. 24, T17S, R9E, SBM, about 8.8 km ENE of Boulder Park and 7.2 km (4.5 miles) SSW of Ocotillo. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 10 meters.

A placer Au deposit hosted in Holocene gravel. Local rocks include Quaternary alluvium and marine deposits.

Workings include underground openings with an overall depth of 4.57 meters and comprised of a shaft (now caved).
