A former W mine located in the NE¼ sec. 31, T10S, R28E, MDM, 3.5 km (2.2 miles) SSE of Lost Peak, E of Wishon Reservoir (just NE of the junction of the North Fork, Kings River and Woodchuck Creek), on National Forest wilderness land (Dinkey Lakes Wilderness). Operated in 1943. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters.

The ore body dips steeply at a width of 1.83 meters and a length of 60.96 meters. A tactite layer is in a pendent within the granodiorite. Associated rocks include diorite. Local rocks include Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 3 (Sierra Nevada, Death Valley area, Northern Mojave Desert and Transverse Ranges).

Workings include surface openings comprised of 2 small open cuts.

Production information: 11% WO3 from 15.4 tons of ore (1943).

Analytical data results: 1% WO3 (overall); 10% WO3 for a length of 15 feet at the NW end of the bed.
