A former lode Au-Cu mine located in sec. 1, T2N, R10E, MDM, 3.4 km (2.1 miles) NE of Milton. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters. This claim was on the Williams Ranch. USGS MRDS database file note: may be the Nancy Ann Mine in sec. 6, T2N, R11E, MDM.
Mineralization is hosted in greenstone. Local rocks include Mesozoic volcanic rocks, unit 2 (Western Sierra Foothills and Western Klamath Mountains).
Workings include underground openings comprised of a shaft sunk before 1896 for Cu.
