A reported Au occurrence located in sec. 32, T3N, R14E, MDM, 0.9 km (0.6 mile) SE of Moaning Cavern, 1.3 km (0.8 mile) NNE of Sugarloaf Hill and 2.9 km (1.8 miles) SSE of Vallecito, on the ridge E of Coyote Creek. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.

Mineralization is a placer Au deposit located on the Cataract paleochannel. Local rocks include Tertiary pyroclastic and volcanic mudflow deposits, unit 9 (Cascade Range) and/or limestone of probable Paleozoic or Mesozoic age.
