Mineralization is a vein deposit hosted in slate and schist. Local rocks include Tertiary nonmarine rocks, undivided.
Workings include underground openings with a length of 134.11 meters and an overall depth of 42.67 meters, and comprised of an inclined shaft 140 feet long plus a 300 foot adit.
