Mineralization is sulfides in quartz veins and stringers in mica schist and hornfels. Local rocks include Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 3 (Sierra Nevada, Death Valley area, Northern Mojave Desert and Transverse Ranges).
Workings include surface and underground openings comprised of 2 inclines (NE¼NW¼), several pits (NW¼NW¼), and a 110 foot long adit to the vein (in the W½NW¼).
