A Au occurrence/mine located in the NW¼NW¼ sec. 31, T6N, R11E, MDM, about 6 km NW of Goat Hill and 3.8 km (2.4 miles) SSW of Martell, NW of Jackson Creek (W of the Mother Lode Belt). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 100 meters.

Mineralization is hosted in the Calaveras Formation. Local rocks include Paleozoic marine rocks, undivided, unit 4 (Western Sierra Nevada).

Workings include underground openings comprised of a shaft.
