A limestone deposit located in secs. 5 & 8, T7N, R10E, MDM, 1.1 km (0.7 mile) SW of Bisbee Peak (coordinates of record), and 3.0 km (1.9 miles) E of Four Corners, along Little Indian Creek (8 miles SE of Latrobe by road). Operated by George E. and Eleanor Grelich. MRDS database accuracy for this location is not stated.
Local rocks include Jurassic marine rocks, unit 1 (Western Sierra Nevada and Western Klamath Mountains).
Undeveloped.
The largest outcrop is 450 feet long by 50 feet wide on the N end and 85 feet wide at the S end. Another is 130 feet long and other smaller ones were observed. Much of the deposit may be covered by soil and it may extend into land owned by others. Some small outcrops were observed on the SW¼ sec. 5 on land owned by F.H. White.
An analysis gave 97.85% CaCO3.
