A limestone deposit/quarry located 4.0 km (2.5 miles) S of Pleasanton along Interstate highway 680. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is .

Local rocks include Miocene marine rocks. Rocks of the Franciscan melange outcrop in this section.

Some lime was burned here about 1927 but no production has been reported more recently.
