A former Cu-Au mine located in secs. 21 & 28, T16N, R6W, MDM, 4.0 km (2.5 miles) S of Cooks Mountain, along the South Fork Mill Creek (2 miles SE of the Gray Eagle Mine). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is .
Mineralization is hosted in serpentinite. Ores are oxides of Cu & Fe. Local rocks include utramafic rocks, chiefly Mesozoic, unit 3 (Coast Ranges and Western Klamath Mountains).
Workings include underground openings with an overall depth of 15.24 meters and a length of 36.58 meters, comprised of 3 shafts (50, 45 & 20 feet deep).
