A pumice occurrence/group of claims located in/about sec. 1, T23N, R7E, G&SRM, 4.0 km (2.5 miles) N of Sugarloaf Peak (coordinates of record), about 12 milesN of Flagstaff, on National Forest land. Owned-Operated by Tufflite Inc. (1994-). The USGS MRDS database stated accuracy for this locality is 10,000 meters (sic) (Estimate may be 6 miles off).
Mineralization is a pumice deposit hosted in aphanitic volcanic rock. Local rocks include Holocene to middle Pliocene volcanic rocks.
