A former U-V occurrence/mine located in the SE¼SE¼ sec. 16, T36N, R29E (approximate sec. 21 ), G&SRM, about 3.7 miles SE of White Ash Peak. The USGS MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 100 meters.
Mineralization is an U-V deposit with ore hosted in the Salt Wash Member of the Morrison Formation. Local rocks include rocks of the Glen Canyon Group.
Workings include surface openings comprised of a rim cut and unspecified underground openings.
Production was 36 tons @ 0.38% U3O8; 1.37% V2O5 (1952),
