The State Line Kimberlite Diamond district straddles the Wyoming and Colorado border.
(T. 12 N., R. 72 W.), 24 miles S of Laramie on U.S. 287, W of road just N of Colorado border, includes the Aultman, Ferris, and Schaffer kimberlite diatremes.
The district also includes the Sloan kimberlite pipes in Colorado.
