Mineralization is veins in a brecciated rhyolite sill of Tertiary age, intruded along the bedding contact of limestone and shale.

Structure: Mineralization Is Concentrated Along a Horst in the Core of a N 40 w Trending Antiform Which Plunges 10 to 15 Degrees Southeast.

Deposit: Deposit occurs As replacements, discontinuous veins and open space fillings in the upper part of the Fusselman Dolomite. Deposit has a length of about 7500 ft., ranges from 20 ft. To 200 ft. In width, and averages 12 ft. In thickness. 25 unpatented claims in 1979. Discovery year: 1920's

Development: About 150 shallow holes were drilled in 1978 and 1979.
