A U-Cu deposit located in the center sec. 1, T41N, R19E, G&SRM (Agathla Peak 15 minute topo map), 8.9 km (5.53 mi) WNW of Mitchell Mesa (coordinates of record) (Mitchell Mining District), and 1.7 km (1.06 mi) SSE of Goulding (San Juan County, Utah).

Mineralization includes a U-Cu deposit with massive, medium-fine-grained Shinarump sandstone fills a paleochannel some 200 feet (ca. 61 m) wide and 50 feet (ca. 15 m) deep, cut into the Moenkopi Formation. Secondary copper and uranium minerals occur with abundant silicified wood and carbonized material. Local rocks include Permian to Pennsylvanian sedimentary rocks.
