A group of Cu-Ag-Au-silica occurrence/claims and former Cu-silica mine located in the center sec. 13, T3S, R13E (Sonora 7.5 minute topo map), 1.1 km (0.7 mile) E of Haleys Mountain (coordinates of record), along Mineral Creek, within ½ mile N of the Ray Mine. The mines include the Nechi, Las Mangas, El Vergel, and the Las Piratas.
Mineralization is highly siliceous copper ore and includes oxidized copper minerals. The ore veins are described as "narrow" and in "swarms."
