A former underground Ag-Cu-Pb-Zn-Au-V mine located in the NE¼ sec. 23 & NW¼ sec. 24, T.4N., R.7W. (Belmont Mts 15 minute topo map).

Mineralization is a vein deposit that includes oxidized copper minerals. Host rock is an unnamed rhyolite and andesite dikes. Ore control was a fault zone.
