A Ag-Au prospect located in the NW¼ sec. 22, T8S, R22E, in the Hansen Canyon area, on the western/northwestern slopes of the Pinaleño Mountains, on National Forest land.
Mineralization is a quartz vein 5-6 feet thick, adjacent to a prominent shear zone, in granite. Continuity of this vein is not evident at the surface.
Workings include a shaft that may have 100-200 feet of workings, sunk on the quartz vein. A select sample of a quartz stockpile containing disseminated pyrite and pyrite stringers assayed 1.32 oz/st Au and 9.0 oz/st Ag.
