A former Au occurrence/mine located in the SW¼NE¼NE¼ sec. 3, T18N, R20W, G&SRM, E of Boundary Cone, on Bureau of Land Management administered land. Additional workings exist in the NW¼ sec. 2 and in the SE¼ sec. 34, T19N, R20W. The USGS MRDS database stated accuracy for this locality is 1,000 meters.

Local rocks include Middle Miocene to Oligocene volcanic rocks.

Workings include unspecified underground openings.
