A former underground Au-Ag-Cu-Mn mine located on 41 unpatented claims in sec. 8, T10S, R2E (Copperosity Hills 7.5 minute topo map), about 1 mile E of Totopitk and about 1.6 miles NNW of Cathedral Rock in Kohatk Valley just N of the Copperosity Hills. Cliams were located in 1902 by W.T. Davis at which time there were already abandoned workings on the property. Prodiced in 1880's-1890's.

Mineralization is hosted in quartz monzonite. The ore zone strikes E-W, dips 40-60S, is 45.72 meters thick and 914.4 meters long. Ore control was an E-W-trending fault that dips 40S. The deposit is a ledge of silicified granite breccia containing disseminated gold and silver minerals.

Workings incluide crosscut trenches on the vein, 3 shafts of 100 feet maximum with crosscut drifts from 2 of them; short tunnel.
